Yes. Every Dear Rose London rose is 100% real. Each bloom undergoes a gentle, natural preservation process that maintains its softness, shape and radiant colour for years without the need for water or sunlight.

How long do preserved roses last?

With proper care, our roses last 1-3 years, sometimes longer. We select only A-grade blooms, the highest quality available in the industry, to ensure exceptional longevity and beauty.

Do preserved roses need any maintenance?

Very little. Simply keep your arrangement in a cool, dry environment, away from direct sunlight and humidity. No watering or trimming is needed.

How do I place an order?

What payment methods do you accept?

Yes. We include a complimentary luxury blank card with every order, ready for you to write your own personal sentiment.

If you are sending the gift directly to the recipient, simply enter your message at checkout, and we will handwrite it on the card for you.

Do you offer next-day delivery?

Yes – express delivery is available at checkout, subject to courier availability.

How will my roses be packaged?

Your arrangement is secured in our custom-designed box, featuring a deep protective lid to safeguard the blooms. The box is then placed in a bespoke shipping carton, tailored to its exact dimensions to prevent any movement during transit.

How long does it take to process my order?

All orders are carefully prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days.

My order hasn’t arrived yet. What should I do?

What if my order arrives damaged?

In the rare event of damage, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging. We will resolve the issue promptly.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email.

Do you accept returns?

Due to the delicate nature of our preserved roses, we do not accept returns. Every arrangement is made specially for you, so all sales are final once shipped. That said, we want you to love your roses! If your order arrives damaged or something isn't right, please email us at contact@dearroselondon.com within 24 hours, and we will do our best to find a solution.

Can I cancel my order?
